EXCHANGES FROM OTHER RETAILERS
We are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly through Mommy-do. Products purchased from other retailers must be returned via that retailer.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We will gladly refund an unopened mommy-do product in it's original packaging within 30 days. Your refund will be issued in the original payment method. We are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly through Mommy-do.
We will gladly exchange an unopened mommy-do product in it's original packaging within 90 of purchase date.
The address that we ship to is your PAYPAL ADDRESS. Please make sure that the address within your Paypal account is your shipping address. The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We always ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
Please make sure your product selection and PayPal address are correct before you purchase! Once orders are placed we are unable to change them. Our distribution center will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days of placement.
All international purchases are final. International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
