We constantly hear mommy’s complain that they never have time to take care of themselves, they do not recognize themselves and they want to change. Mommy-hood DOES NOT have to be like this. If you are unhappy with your self-care routine, make a change! Its that simple. Figure out a plan, write it down and make it happen.
